NACC Set To Host 17th Latino Festival

David Hall

The 17th annual Latino Festival is returning to the campus of Northeast Alabama Community College this Saturday.

The festival went on pause for the past two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This year, the festival will feature authentic dancers, a DJ, and a Mariachi band. There will also be board games, inflatables, a photo booth, pony rides, a puppet show, a rock-climbing wall, a trackless train, and more.

Admission, as well as all festival activities, will be free. Additionally, the event will also have free ice cream and soda along with authentic Mexican food from local vendors.

The Latino Festival will take place on Saturday, June 11th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Northeast Alabama Community College.
