Town of Hollywood Closing Offices to Public

HOLLYWOOD, Ala. — Due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, the Town of Hollywood has announced that its office will be closed to the public until the threat has diminished. For any questions, please call (256) 259-4845.

The news comes as Jackson County has recorded 169 new cases in the last 14 days, for a total of 343 cases countywide. Two deaths have been recorded since the outbreak began.

Town Hall will be open on Tuesday, July 14 for the election.

According to the notice released by the Town of Hollywood, those needing pay fines during business hours need to either mail a money order or drop it in the deposit box on the building’s front door.

The community center will not be available for rent at this time.
